If possible, choose a place with lots of window light and try to keep it tidy.
If possible, choose a place with lots of window light and try to keep it tidy.
Plan this based on what photos you want to have taken before the ceremony (see below for suggested times).
Allow 20-30 minutes for this so you can take your time and we can get great pictures. Again, if you're not sure, go ahead and fill out the rest of the form and we'll figure this out later.
Check any photos you would like to have taken BEFORE the ceremony. *
The more of these we can do before the ceremony, the better to make a smooth transition to the reception! :)
Include times if applicable.
Take a second to Google the sunset time on your wedding date, in the state your wedding will be in. Try to ensure that your ceremony ENDS well before sunset if you will be doing family formals and bride and groom portraits after the ceremony. If you are not seeing each other before the wedding, I suggest scheduling your ceremony to END no later than 1 hour before sunset, to make sure we have plenty of beautiful light!
Check any photos you would like taken AFTER the ceremony *
Include: wedding party entrance, first dance, father/daughter + mother/son dances, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, send off, etc. if applicable. Include specific times.
Would you like to sneak away from the reception for a sunset portrait with the bride + groom?

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this information!

I'll be in touch shortly to discuss the details of your timeline.

xoxo,

Caitlin

Greg & Esther 🥰 Detail shots with a little helper 🥰 Cheers to the new Mr & Mrs Skibbie 🥂✨ Just a little Friday reminiscing - last spring in Montenegro. The dreamiest sunset sailboat proposal 💍💕 Nature girl photographer reporting for duty 🫡 I will always be a sucker for a long flowy grass, a pretty tree, and a sweet couple. Last time I saw these two, they came down to Nashville for a sweet little elopement. This time I headed up to Wisconsin for the most beautiful wedding day with all their friends and family. Couldn’t be happier to celebrate these two again 🥰 I don't always do senior portraits, but when I do, I can only hope there's a gaggle of poodles involved. An oodle of poodles? Is there a special term for a group of poodles? Swipe for the candid magic of embracing April showers (an understatement when the park PA system is blaring “please take shelter immediately” while everyone’s huddled inside for a makeshift ceremony location). You won’t catch Throw back to my favorite baby glacier chunk that looks like a bird in flight with its reflection. A few more from last Saturday with Gabby & Alex. Be sure to swipe for photographic evidence that rain on your wedding day can actually be its own kind of magical ✨ Cozy moments with the sweetest tiny gal and her parents 🥰 Couldn’t decide where to start, so we’ll start with the perfect end to the most perfectly imperfect day. Congratulations to these beautiful souls, who rolled with all the punches the weather on a stormy April day in the south could throw Sweet baby love 🥰 Featuring Wyatt and his fluffy big sis Winnie Hello spring 🌸🌷💍 Landon + Tiffany // just a few little nuggets while I put the finishing touches on the full gallery 🥰 Crazy to think this was just a few weeks ago and now it’s full on spring down here in Tennessee. I’m such a big fan of making time on your wedding day to savor the sweetness. Like walking to your first look with your dad, a private last dance, prayer time with your girls, private vows with all the tears. Luke and Ashton’s day was jus Diligently plugging away at wedding editing and adjusting to the time difference but here’s just a tiny nibble of New Zealand beauty- sunrise hike on the Hooker Track in Mount Cook National Park. 1000/10 recommend visiting NZ if you like const Mom & Dad 🥰 you two are gonna be the best parents. Can’t wait to meet your little guy!! Valentines weekend with these two in snowy Michigan was the sweetest 🥰 Congratulations, @tiffanycarlson & Landon!
