Allow 20-30 minutes for this so you can take your time and we can get great pictures. Again, if you're not sure, go ahead and fill out the rest of the form and we'll figure this out later.

What time is sunset on your wedding day?

Take a second to Google the sunset time on your wedding date, in the state your wedding will be in. Try to ensure that your ceremony ENDS well before sunset if you will be doing family formals and bride and groom portraits after the ceremony. If you are not seeing each other before the wedding, I suggest scheduling your ceremony to END no later than 1 hour before sunset, to make sure we have plenty of beautiful light!

What time will your ceremony start and when will it end?

Check any photos you would like taken AFTER the ceremony

Bride + Bridesmaids Formals (allow 15-20 minutes)

Groom + Groomsmen Formals (allow 15-20 minutes)

Full bride and groom portraits (at least 30 minutes)

Quick after-ceremony photos of bride & groom (if you do a first look) 10-15 minutes

Family formals (allow 2-3 minutes per grouping)

Whole Wedding Party (allow 10-15 minutes)

Please tell me the schedule of events for your reception.

Include: wedding party entrance, first dance, father/daughter + mother/son dances, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, send off, etc. if applicable. Include specific times.
